One of my favorite things is seeing what happens when we stop treating every appointment like a completely separate event.
Instead of asking, "What can we inject today?" I want us to have a bigger picture.
Maybe Botox or Dysport every few months makes sense for you.
Maybe we gradually build your lips over two appointments instead of trying to accomplish everything at once.
Maybe we plan a Sculptra series, then reassess as collagen develops.
Maybe we prioritize microneedling and skincare before considering filler.
Or maybe you are already at a place where maintenance is all you need.
Your plan should evolve with you. Your face, skin, priorities and budget may change, and your treatment plan should be able to change with them.
I also think there is something reassuring about knowing you don't have to do everything at once.
We can prioritize, reassess and make thoughtful adjustments over time.
I would much rather see you consistently doing what makes sense for you than feeling pressured to do everything in one appointment.
That is how I want to practice aesthetics: intentionally, conservatively and with a long-term perspective.
