Let’s Talk About Hormones & Weight

This is a conversation I think more women deserve to have, especially as we move through different stages of life.

Sleep changes. Energy feels different. Weight becomes harder to manage. Body composition shifts. Sometimes you don't feel quite  like yourself, and you aren't sure where to start.

It is easy to blame everything on hormones, but the reality is more complicated.

Hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition, activity, medications and underlying health conditions can all play a role in how we feel.

That is why the wellness side of Revisions has become such an important part of what we offer.

HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY

Through our HRT program, Audrey reviews your symptoms, medical history and lab work to determine whether hormone therapy may be appropriate. Treatment is individualized, with ongoing monitoring and follow-up.

MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

For appropriate candidates, medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide may be considered as part of a medically guided weight-management plan. That includes discussing your health history, goals, nutrition, lifestyle and the importance of follow-up.

These are different services, and neither is automatically the answer for everyone.

The goal is to understand what is happening, discuss your options and develop a plan that makes sense for your health and  circumstances.

You don't need to have everything figured out before asking questions.

Sometimes the first step is simply having the conversation.
