Finally Feeling Like Yourself Again

This has become such an important part of Revisions for me.

As women.. and especially as moms..I think we get really good at pushing through.

We make the lunches.
We remember the school things.
We schedule the appointments.
We get everyone where they need to be.
We work.
We take care of the house.

And somehow we carry 900 tiny details around in our heads at all times.

Then sometimes you realize: I don’t really feel like myself.

Maybe your sleep has changed.

Maybe your energy feels different.

Maybe your body composition is changing despite doing the same things you’ve always done.

Maybe your mood, metabolism or overall sense of well-being just feels…off.

That is one of the reasons we expanded the wellness side of Revisions.

Hormones, metabolism, insulin resistance, stress, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle and aging can all play a role in how we feel.

Our wellness services include medically guided hormone optimization and weight management, including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide when clinically appropriate.

But for me, this side of Revisions was never about simply handing someone a medication or chasing a number on the scale.

It’s about looking at the whole person.

Labs.
Symptoms.
Medical history.
Lifestyle.
Goals.
*And how you actually feel.*

Because women deserve more than automatically being told:

“You’re tired because you’re a mom.”

Sometimes we really do just need more sleep.

But sometimes it’s worth looking deeper.
