When “I’m Just Tired” Starts to Feel Like More

HORMONES, GLP-1s + THE BIGGER PICTURE

This conversation has been coming up more and more.

You’re exhausted even though you’re technically sleeping.

Your mood feels different.

Your cycle is changing.

Your body composition seems to have changed even though you swear you haven’t changed anything.

Your energy is off.

Or maybe you can’t even put your finger on it. You just know you don’t quite feel like yourself.

And because women are really good at pushing through, it’s easy to blame all of it on being busy.

Sometimes we are just tired and busy.

But sometimes it’s worth looking a little deeper.

Hormone health and medical weight management are separate things, but for some women those conversations naturally overlap.

That does not mean everyone needs hormones.

It doesn’t mean everyone needs a GLP-1.

And one definitely does not automatically mean you need the other.

This is exactly why we start with a conversation.

Your first visit is with Audrey, our family nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical experience. She’ll go through your history, symptoms, medications, goals and labs when appropriate, then help determine what options actually make sense for you.

And this isn’t the type of care where you get a prescription and disappear.

After your initial visit with Audrey, you’ll follow up with me monthly.

We’ll talk about how you’re feeling, what you’re noticing, what’s working, what isn’t and any side effects or concerns along the way. We stay in communication with Audrey and adjust the plan as we go.

Because bodies change. Symptoms change. Life changes.

Your plan should be able to change too.

That’s really what I want this side of Revisions to feel like. Personal, accessible and supported.

Not another online prescription with nobody checking in on you.

Curious about hormones, medical weight management or simply wondering if what you’re feeling is worth looking into? Start with Audrey. We’ll take it from there together.
