A Few Things On My Mind + What I’ve Been Talking About in the Chair Lately
Wearing: Jeans, a really good sweater, simple jewelry and shoes I can actually walk in.
Wanting: One random weekday lunch with a girlfriend where nobody is rushing us.
Trying: To buy fewer things I just kind of like and wait for the pieces I actually love.
Accepting: That at least one laundry basket in our house is apparently going to live unfolded at all times.
Looking forward to: Halloween with the kids, cooler nights and that tiny window of Colorado fall that lasts approximately five minutes.
And yes, I fully support getting dressed for lunch on a random Tuesday and ordering the glass of wine at 12:30.
Sometimes that counts as self-care too.
Not everything needs its own newsletter section, but there are a few other things I’m talking about a lot right now.
Botox + Dysport: If the holidays are on your radar, now is a good time to start thinking about timing. I would always rather see you early than have you trying to squeeze in tox three days before an event.
Sculptra: Still one of my favorites for someone thinking long-term. We’re not chasing instant volume. We’re gradually supporting your own collagen and looking at the bigger picture.
SkinVive: For the person who tells me, “I don’t want filler. I just want my skin to look better.” Think hydration, smoothness and glow without trying to change the shape of your face.
Peels: Fall is such a good time to start addressing pigment, sun damage and uneven tone. And no, the goal is not to see how much skin I can make peel off your face.
And of course, we’re still doing lips, facial balancing, PRF EZ Gel and all the other treatments you hear me talk about every day.
Not sure which one actually makes sense for you? Don’t pick your treatment based on Instagram. Come in and let’s make a plan.
